HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.30863 OF 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the petitioner's case for compassionate appointment for the post of 'Shramik', as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri P.Durga Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Corporation. Since the representation submitted by the petitioner's mother dated 31.12.2016 seeking compassionate appointment to the petitioner is stated to be pending before the respondents, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to dispose of the representation dated 31.12.2016, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
