A perusal of the case status filed before this Court by the Registry reveals that the subject suit in O.S.No.686 of 2015 on the file of XIII Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, was dismissed as not pressed on 28.02.2018. 3.

Under these circumstances, the cause in the appeal does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
