COMMON ORDER:

It is stated by both the learned counsel for the parties that the G.O.Ms.No.99 Health, Medical & Family Welfare (C1) Department dt.23-06-2017 which is impugned in this Writ Petition has subsequently been cancelled by 1st respondent vide G.O.Ms.No.131 Health, Medical & Family Welfare (C1) Department dt.26-07-2017. In view of the said development, all the Writ Petitions have become infructuous. They are accordingly dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
