THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI WRIT APPEAL NOs.901, 907, 924, 898, 900, 897, 910, 895, 908, 899, 155, 156, 163, 164, 171, 172, 176, 184, 185, 186, 188, 198, 199, 213, 246 AND 247 OF 2017 COMMON JUDGMENT: {Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} Learned Standing Counsel for the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation, appearing on behalf of the appellants, submits that the subject matter of these writ appeals are covered by the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court in WA.No.380 of 2017 and batch dated 05.06.2017 wherein the order of the Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No.3529 of 2017 and batch dated 23.02.2017 was followed.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-writ petitioners, who are present in Court today, also agree that the subject matter of these writ appeals are covered by the aforesaid judgments.

Following the aforesaid judgments, and in terms thereof, all these Writ Appeals are also disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
