THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION NO.12993 OF 2005 ORDER:

Aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not putting the petitioners in possession of the house flats in Gowtham Nagar Stone Cutters Colony, as per the possession certificates issued to them, the present writ petition is filed with a direction to the respondents to provide protection to the petitioners from the land grabbers and encroachers by providing amenities.

It is the case of the petitioners that they are landless poor persons and they were allotted house flats and they were issued possession certificates, but they have not been put in possession of their respective flats allotted to them in Gowtham Nagar Stone Cutters Colony in the jurisdiction of the 3rd respondent in spite of their repeated requests. 3.

Heard.

The Government Pleader for Revenue placed a communication from the 3rd respondent dated 28-10-2005 addressed to the Assistant Registrar, High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, stating that in pursuance of the interim orders passed by this Court on 9-9-2005, the petitioners were put in possession on 21-10-2005, duly conducting a panchanama.

Recording the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed. It is needless to observe that the petitioners are at liberty to initiate appropriate steps if the submission of the 3rd
