HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.5186 OF 2014 ORDER:

The present petition is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.13 of 2014 of Kulsumpura Police Station, Hyderabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 506 and 188 read with 34 of IPC.

No representation for the petitioners 1 & 2, who are arraigned as A-1 and A-2 in the aforesaid crime.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that after completion of investigation, charge sheet was laid and it was taken on file as C.C.No.180 of 2014 on the file of XVI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad. He further submits that after completion of trial in the said Calender Case, the petitioners were acquitted by the judgment dated 10.03.2016 for the charges under Sections 448, 506 and 427 of IPC.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, the present petition has become infructuous and the same is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, stand closed.
