This writ petition is filed for the following relief: " ... to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRI T OF MANDAMUS, declaring the action of the respondents no.3 in directing the petitioner to stop the manufacturing unit and vacate the premises under the influence of the Respondent no.4 w ithout issuing any notice as illegal, arbitrary, capricious and in violation of the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the Respondent no.1 to 3 to restrain from any kind of harassment or interference in the peaceful functioning of the petitioner unit in premises bearing H.No.8-7-160/ C/ Nr, Gouri Nagar, Old Bow enpally, Secunderabad, and to pass such other orders as this Hon' ble Court deem fit ... "

Now, at the hearing, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for 2nd respondent-GHMC that an order has been made by the 3rd respondent, a copy of which has been made available to the counsel for petitioner now across the Bar. 3.

In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to challenge the proceedings in the order copy furnished now to the counsel for the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, by granting liberty as sought for. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand dismissed.
