Learned counsel for the appellants stated that the appellants, vide their letter dated 22.01.2017, instructed him to withdraw the appeal and, therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Second Appeal. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
