ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) The order, dated 05.11.2014, in O.A.No.2872 of 2014 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal'), is questioned in this Writ Petition by the respondents in the said O.A.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners has fairly conceded that this Court dismissed Writ Petition No.8872 of 2016 by order, dated 18.3.2016, wherein the issue identical to that raised in this Writ Petition was raised.

In the light of this fact, this Writ Petition is dismissed in terms of order, dated 18.03.2016, in Writ Petition

No.8872 of 2016, with the direction that the reasons and directions contained therein shall form part of this order.
