Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

"...declaring the high-handed and illegal action of the Respondents more particularly the Respondent NOs.4 & 5 are trying to demolish the structures in and over the Plot Nos. 181 in Sy.No.132/1 admeasuring 60 sq.yds, Plot No.182 in Sy.No.132/1 admeasuring 60 sq.yds and Plot No.198 in Sy.No.132/1 admeasuring 60 sq.yds, Plot No.199 in Sy.No.132/1 admeasuring 60 sq.yds & Plot No.200 in Sy.No.132/1 admeasuring 60 sq.yds respectively all are situated at Vattinagulapally Village, Gandipeta Mandal, Ranga Reddy District by way of interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the Petitioner thereby to dispossess him from it without following the due process of law as it being illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and also violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents not to demolish the structures over the above said plots by way of interfering with the' peaceful possession and enjoyment of petitioner over his property thereby to dispossess him."

It is stated by both the counsel that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court, dated 28.09.2015 in W.P.No.29402 of 2015.

Following the same, the Writ Petition is also disposed of with the following direction:

If any action is intended to be taken against the petitioner in respect of the lands in dispute, the 4th respondent shall follow due process of law viz. issuance of appropriate notice, giving opportunity to the petitioner to submit explanation and thereafter, take appropriate further action in accordance with law. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _______________________________ JUSTICE C.
