When the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner/ A.1 even today including on earlier three adjournments though sufficient opportunity is given, which clearly shows the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
