Sri Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the Commissioner, Huzurnagar Nagar Panchayat, submits that the respondent shall receive and consider the petitioner's representation as per the order, dated 20.07.2015, passed in P.I.L.No.185 of 2015, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of its presentation. His statement is accepted.

In view of the statement made by learned Standing Counsel, petitioner does not press the contempt case.

Contempt case is disposed of as not pressed.
