Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Cooperation, appearing for Respondents. 2.
The information available before this Court discloses that the State Government vide Memo No.74/116/Coop.IV/2017-1 dated 31.5.2017 granted stay of the order passed by the Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Kurnool vide proceedings No.297/2017-C1 dated 11.5.2017. According to the learned counsel for petitioner, petitioner herein filed an application to vacate the said interim stay order, supported by an affidavit. It is further submitted that despite lapse of considerable length of time, no further action pursuant to the above said memo dated 31.5.2017 has been taken by the 1st respondent. Eventually, it is requested by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the 1st respondent to pass final orders pursuant to the memo dated 31.5.2017 by taking into account the vacate stay application filed by the petitioner and the objections raised in the affidavit filed in support thereof, for which no objection has been expressed by the learned Government Pleader. 3.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 1st respondent-State Government to pass final orders pursuant to the Memo No.74/116/Coop.IV/2017-1 dated 31.5.2017 by taking into consideration the affidavit and the vacate stay application filed by the petitioner and after giving notice and opportunity to all the stakeholders including the petitioner herein. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
