HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.13064 of 2019 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) The grievance of the petitioner company in this case was with regard to the sale notice dated 06.6.2019 issued by respondent No.1, viz., State Bank of India, proposing to auction the secured asset, being an extent of land in Survey No.100/1 of Thirmulgiri Village and Mandal, Secunderabad Cantonment, on 28.6.2019. Sri M.Srikanth Reddy, learned counsel for State Bank of India, would inform this Court that the auction sale held on 28.6.2019 failed for want of bidders.

In the light of this development, the cause in this Writ Petition which was directed solely against the sale notice dated 06.6.2019 no longer survives for consideration on merits.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed on this short ground leaving all issues open.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
