This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent authorities in interfering with the construction activity of the petitioner.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for 4th respondent submits that the officials of the 4th respondent are not interfering with the construction activity of the petitioner. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Standing Counsel, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the construction activity of the petitioner, except in accordance with law. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
