HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.8478 OF 2004 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in rejecting the claim of the petitioner for appointment of her son as Driver/Shramik or any other suitable post under Bread Winner Scheme in his proceedings No.P1/756(5)/2001-KRMR-II dated 12.02.2004 is illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the law laid down by t h e Hon'ble Supreme Court and consequently direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner's son under bread winner scheme as Driver/Shramik or any other suitable post and to pass such other necessary orders.
At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing of the writ petition has become infructuous.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this writ petition shall stand closed.
