There was no representation on 30.07.2015 as well as on 06.08.2015 and thereafter the matter was adjourned by a week on 13.08.2015. Even on 20.08.2015 and on 01.10.2015, there was no representation and hence the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "FOR DISMISSAL" and adjourned by a week. Even today, despite the matter being listed under the caption "FOR DISMISSAL", when the matter is called, there is no representation either in the morning or in the post lunch session. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
