JUSTI CE J.UMA DEVI WRI T PETI TI ON NO.16658 of 2016 ORDER: (per SK,J) Sri Raghuvaran, learned counsel representing Sri Nageshwar Rao Pujari, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that a no objection vakalat has already been furnished to the petitioner, but we find that the same has not been acted upon till date. Learned counsel further states that as case file has also been returned to the petitioner, he has no instructions to report.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim order dated 26.05.2016 shall stand vacated.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
