Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the lis in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by Common Orders of this Court dated 03.04.2018 in W.P.Nos.10820 of 2018 & batch and same is not disputed by Sri N.Vasudeva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 to 3.

For the reasons alike in the Common Orders dated 03.04.2018 in W.P.Nos.10820 of 2018 & batch, this Writ Petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to make fresh representation before the competent authority, giving all the particulars with regard to his appointment, date on which he was declared as medically unfit to work as driver etc., On such representation, the respondent authorities are directed to consider the same in terms of the judgment of Hon'ble Division Bench in W.A.No.380 of 2017 & batch, dated 05.06.2017, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
