This is a renewed bail application on behalf of petitioner/A2 against whom and other accused the police of Kadapa, Women U/G Police Station, Kadapa District registered Crime No. 5 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 498-A, 354-A and 506 r/w 34 IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of Dowry and Prohibition Act, 1961.

Earlier bail application filed by the petitioner in Crl.P.No. 2989 & 3032 of 2017 was dismissed by this Court on 19.4.2017. There are no perceivable changed circumstances, as the investigation is still pending and charge sheet is reportedly not filed. The allegations against the petitioner are mainly touching the offence under Section 354-A IPC.
