HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR TRANSFER C.M.P.No.333 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.2133 of 2015 from the file of Family Court, Ranga Reddy at L.B.Nagar, and transfer the same to Family Court, Vijayawada. 2.

Wife filed this petition. According to her affidavit, her marriage with respondent was performed on 28.06.2000 as per Christian rites and custom and during their wedlock they were blessed with two male children, who are aged about 14 years and 10 years. She stated that due to harassment she left the marital home along with her children and went to her parents house and thereafter lodged a complaint before Veeravasaram Police Station, which was subsequently registered as C.C.No.588 of 2010 before II-Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate and that it was ended in conviction and respondent herein preferred appeal before IV Additional District Judge, Narsapuram in Crl.A.No.179 of 2012, the same was allowed and respondent and his family members were acquitted on 01.02.2013.

She stated that respondent-husband filed F.C.O.P.No.2133 of 2015 before Family Court, Ranga Reddy, for dissolution of marriage. She stated that she is un-employee depending on her father and due to her poor financial status, she is not in a position to meet travelling expenses from Vijayawada to Hyderabad for defending F.C.O.P.No.2133 of 2015. For these reasons, she

prayed for transfer of F.C.O.P.No.2133 of 2015 from Family Court, Ranga Reddy to Family Court, Vijayawada.

Respondent in spite of granting time did not file any counter disputing the affidavit averments of petitioner. 4.

Heard advocate for petitioner.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of petition and also considering the convenience of wife, F.C.O.P.No.2133 of 2015 is withdrawn from Family Court, Ranga Reddy at L.B. Nagar, and transferred to Family Court, Vijayawada, for disposal in accordance with law.

Transfer C.M.P. is ordered accordingly.
