HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.15918 OF 2017 ORDER:

Sri M. Janardhan Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, filed a letter dated 07.09.2017 before the Registrar (Judicial) stating that the official respondents 1 to 3 has filed a counter affidavit stating that the petitioner can avail his alternative legal remedy before the NCLT or before the Economic Offences Court at Hyderabad even though they are conducting investigation, therefore, sought permission to withdraw the Writ Petition in order to avail the alternative legal remedies available to the petitioner. This request is also reiterated in the Court. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
