THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No. 3369 of 2022 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is filed by petitioner/accused No.5 seeking bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.59/2022 on the file of Sangareddy Town Police Station, Sangareddy, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 326 r/w.34 of Indian Penal Code. 2.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other accused has stopped the son of defacto complainant and his friends and a quarrel ensued between them. It is further alleged that this petitioner along with other accused injured the sons of defacto complainant.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor states that the injuries are simple in nature and the elder son of defacto complainant was treated as an out-patient.

The petitioner being a student and since there are no grave injuries or on any vital parts of the body, the petitioner can be released on bail subject to the following conditions:

1) The petitioner/A5 is directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Sangareddy Town Police Station,

Sangareddy district, and on such surrender, the said Station House Officer shall release the petitioner/A5 on bail on his executing a personal bond to the tune of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties to the like sum each to his satisfaction.

2) The petitioner/A5 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C and co-operate with the Investigating Officer in investigating the case.

3) The petitioner/A5 shall appear before the concerned police station on every Wednesday for a period of two months.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
