Learned counsel for petitioners submitted that the statue of Mahatma Gandhi is relocated and in view of the same issue raised in the writ petition has become infructuous and petitioners may be given liberty to agitate their grievance with regard to such relocation.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for petitioners, the writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous granting liberty to petitioners to agitate their grievance, if any, by availing the remedies provided under law. No costs. Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
