HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1010 OF 2016 O R D E R :

It is submitted by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue that in pursuance of the order dated 07.10.2015 passed in WP.No.32842 of 2015, respondent herein/4th respondent in W.P. has passed order dated 04.03.2015. The same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners, however seeks liberty to challenge the said order passed by the 4th respondent dated 04.03.2015. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the contempt case is closed granting liberty to the petitioners to challenge the order dated 04.03.2015. No order as to costs.
