HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 20073 of 2010 Order:
This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents 1 to 3 in intending to accord recognition to the fourth respondent-School.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the averments made in the counter affidavit of the respondents 2 and 3 that the proposal of the fourth respondent was considered and returned vide proceedings dated 25.09.2010 indicating that it is not feasible to accord permission for opening of the school as there is scope for respiratory diseases infections to the students of the school if the school is permitted nearby a poultry form and also due to failure of the management for providing necessary sanitation facilities, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition.
3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ________________________ A.
