Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had filed an appeal before the 2nd respondent assailing the order dt.30.12.2017 of the 4th respondent levying seigniorage fees, market value and fine under rule 26(1) of APMMC Rules and that though the said appeal was filed on 01.03.2018, it has not been disposed of by the 2nd respondent.

The Government Pleader for Industries appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will decide the said appeal within a period of four (04) weeks, after giving a hearing to the petitioner and then communicate his decision to the petitioner. 3.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving a hearing to the petitioner, and then communicate his decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
