Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. 2.
The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- "... to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondents 1 to 3 in interfering with the construction of Residential Building by the Petitioner in the land to an extent of 379 Square Yards equivalent to 316.89 Square Meters in Survey No.
477 belonging to the Petitioner, situated at Thirumalagiri Village & Mandal in Nalgonda District bounded by North: Land of Veeravelly Somaiah, South: Land of Sankepally Ram Kumar Reddy, East: Valigonda Road & West: Land of Kodakandla Somi Reddy & Others; as illegal, void, without jurisdiction and vilolative of principles of natural justice; and consequently to direct the Respondents 1 to 4 not to interfere with the construction of Residential Building by the Petitioner in the land to an extent of 379 Square Yards equivalent to 316.89 Square Meters in Survey No.
477 belonging to the Petitioner, situated at Thirumalagiri Village & Mandal in Nalgonda District bounded by North: Land of Veeravelly Somaiah, South: Land of Sankepally Ram Kumar Reddy, East: Valigonda Road & West: Land of Kodakandla Somi Reddy & Others; and pass such other order or orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner informs the Court that subsequent to filing of the writ petition, the construction has been completed and the respondents 1 to 3 are not interfering with the possession of the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition. 4.
Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
