There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: "... to issue order, direction, writ, more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declare the action of the respondents in not taking action on the complaint given by the petitioner on 21.08.2015 as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of Cr.P.C., and consequently direct the respondent police to take appropriate action on the complaint given by the petitioner on 21.08.2015 for providing protection to the petitioner land situated in R.S.No.419/1 Ac.5.49 cts situated at Antervedigudem Village, Buttaigudem Mandal, West Godavari District and recover the crop amount from 6th respondent." The main grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are not taking any action on the complaint given by her on 21.08.

2015 against the 6th respondent and others. Respondent No.4 filed a counter affidavit stating that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, Crime No.104 of 2015 has been registered on 07.09.2015 against the 6th respondent and others and investigation has been taken up.

In view of the above, no further orders are required in the present writ petition.
