Both, the learned counsel for petitioner Sri D. V. Nagarjuna Babu and Sri P. Vinod Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for TSPDCL, fairly conceded that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by this Court in W.P.No.13660 of 2002.

Hence, this writ petition is allowed of in terms of the above order. Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand closed. No costs.
