Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise, for respondents. 2.
The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had made representations dt.15.06.2015 and 04.07.2015 to the 2nd respondent seeking refund of amount of excess license fee collected by respondents from petitioner, after deducting proportionate license fee, as directed by the 1st respondent in Memo No.13297/Ex.II(1)2015-1 dt.07.07.2015, and that the 2nd respondent has not passed any orders thereon.

The learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise, appearing for respondents, states that the 2nd respondent will consider the said representations within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the said representations within a period of six
(06) weeks from the date of receipt of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. No order as to costs. 5.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
