THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.875 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed complaining non-implementation of order, dated 04.10.2017, passed in W.P.No.33186 of 2017. 2.

The respondent, Smt Ranjeev R.Acharya, Special Chief Secretary, Higher Education, Hyderabad, filed an affidavit stating that pursuant to the orders of the Court, the Government has accorded permission to the petitioner's college to start B.Ed., two years Course and the order of this Court has been complied with. 3.

Since the respondent has complied with the order of this Court, there is no contempt in the present case and accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
