THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.39991 of 2012 ORDER:

In the present writ petition challenge is to the proceedings of the respondents to grant quarry lease in Buffer Zone and the area earmarked for Road, between two existing quarry leases in Sy.No.312 of Palakur village, Banganapalli mandal, Kurnool District and non-consideration of the representations of the petitioner.

At the Bar, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that pending writ petition, the respondent authorities granted lease and petitioner may be permitted to question the same.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed, keeping it open for the petitioner to avail the remedies available to the petitioner in the above said direction. There shall be no order as to costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
