Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration appearing for 1st respondent and Sri S.Subba Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent.

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had preferred appeal on 17-02-2014 before the appellate authority constituted under Rule 11 of the Andhra Pradesh Regulation and Penalization of Unauthorisedly constructed buildings and buildings constructed in deviation of the Sanctioned Plan Rules, 2007 (For short "the Rules") challenging the refusal to regularize the layout of the petitioner and that the said appeal is not disposed of by the said appellate authority. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration appearing for 1st respondent states that the appellate authority constituted under the said Rules will dispose of the said appeal within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after complying with the principles of natural justice. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the appellate authority constituted under the said Rules to dispose of the said appeal within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after complying with the principles of natural justice.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
