JUSTICE JUVVADI SRIDEVI FAMILY COURT APPEAL No.251 OF 2009 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Dr.SA,J) This appeal is filed by the appellants aggrieved by the decree and order, dated 28.08.2009, passed in O.P.No.681 of 2008 by the learned Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, whereby, the subject O.P. filed by the respondent under Sections 39, 40 and 42 of the Guardian and Wards Act, 1890, seeking to discharge appellant No.1 as guardian of the minor girl 'Litisha Mangat' and to appoint him as personal guardian of the minor girl, was allowed.

Learned counsel for the appellants would submit that the ward viz., Litisha Mangat had attained the age of majority and therefore, the cause in the appeal does not survive for adjudication.

Taking on record the said submissions, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
