This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: "To issue an appropriate writ or direction, particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF CERTIORARI, quash the impugned order of suspension from service and Charge Sheet issued in common Proceedings No. P1/209(01)/16-NKP, dated 01-02-2016 of the 2nd respondent as illegal, arbitrary, unjust violative of Article 14, 16, and 21 of Constitution of India, without jurisdiction besides violation of principles of natural justice and consequently the petitioner pray this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service with continuity of service, attendant benefits along with all consequential benefits in the interest of justice and fair play."
2. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, having been instructed by the petitioner, submitted that since the enquiry has already commenced, a direction be issued to the respondent authorities to conclude the disciplinary proceedings as expeditiously as possible.
3. Learned Standing Counsel states that the enquiry will be completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six
(6) weeks.
4. Since the petitioner has already filed his explanation and enquiry has already commenced, without expressing any opinion on the validity of suspension, the disciplinary authority is directed to conclude the disciplinary proceedings, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, subject to the petitioner co-operating with the disciplinary authority in the enquiry.

With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. ______________ A.V.SESHA SAI, J Date: 17.02.2016
