Smt. V. Manjula, Advocate representing Sri Gokula Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file writ petition for the same relief afresh supported by a detailed affidavit. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
