CVNR, J & GSP, J in/& CMA.No.74 of 2015 Dt: 29.09.2016 Common Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.74 of 2015 is filed against Order, dated 29-10-2014, in IA.No.569 of 2014 in OS.No.726 of 2014 on the file of the XI Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

CMAMP.No.1489 of 2016 is filed by the appellant seeking permission to withdraw CMA No.74 of 2015.

Mr.M.Srikanth Reddy, learned Counsel for the appellant, addressed letter, dated 27-09-2016, to the Registry wherein it is stated that the parties have settled the dispute out of the Court. Today, at the hearing, learned Counsel for the appellant has reiterated the contents of the said letter.

In view of the same, CMAMP.No.1489 of 2016 is allowed and CMA.No.74 of 2015 is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the CMA, interim order, dated 1302-2015, is vacated and CMAMP.Nos.135 and 652 of 2015 are disposed of as infructuous.
