This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.712 of 2012 on the file Principal Judicial First Class Magistrate, Mancherial, Adilabad District, for the offences under Sections 448, 427, 506 and 290 r/w 34 of IPC.

Heard Sri A. Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel for petitioners. Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that trial in C.C.No.712 of 2012 on the file of Principal Judicial First Class Magistrate, Macherial, Adilabad, Khammam was already completed and the case was ended in acquittal, as per Calender and Judgment dt.30.09.2015, and in view of the same, the present Petition to quash the Proceedings has became infructuous and prayed to dismiss the petition.

It is found on verification that pending Criminal Petition, no stay was granted.

In view of the above respective submissions of both sides, this Criminal Petition, which is filed for quashment of the proceedings, is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
