Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents.

Petitioner claims to be owner land to an extent of Ac.10-00 in Sy.No.548/15/1 of Aliya Thanda, Singareni mandal, Khammam district. According to the petitioner, she made an application through TSTS web portal on 17.4.2019, requesting to conduct survey and fix boundaries. Alleging inaction on the part of the respondents, the present writ petition is filed. The F-line application filed through TSTS web portal is enclosed to the writ petition.

In view of the same and without expressing any opinion on merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner for conducting survey and for fixing boundaries after issuing notice to the neighbouring land owners and thereafter pass appropriate orders, as per law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
