The additional counter affidavit of the 2nd respondent, present Commissioner of Yellandu Municipality by nameJagadeeswar Goud with the undertaking on behalf of the Municipality that the Municipality has not granted any permission/licence to run lodge in subject locality and will not allow any kind of commercial activity or lodge in the locality in future and will not allow to run lodge in any house in the subject locality in future and same is recorded. Having regard to the above and in the result, this Contempt Case is closed. The petitioner is given liberty if such activity taken place in future to bring to the notice of the Municipal Commissioner and police in writing.
