ORDER

Since the writ petition is directed against the un-official respondents, who appear to have been threatening to encroach the land of the petitioner, the appropriate remedy for the petitioner is to approach the civil Court.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to avail the remedy of approaching the civil Court. No costs.
