Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner filed a letter dated 04.07.2019, in the registry, stating that there are some errors in the writ affidavit and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition. Interim Order, if any, granted earlier by this Court stands vacated. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
