ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the inaction of the respondents in recording the correct date of birth of the petitioner i.e., 15.07.1966 in service record as per the SSC Certificate, as arbitrary and illegal. It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that this Court in identical circumstances disposed of W.P.No.33343 of 2012 and batch, dated 31.3.2015 and a copy of the same has been placed on record.

In the circumstances, following the order dated 31.03.2015 in W.P.No.33343 of 2012 and batch and for the reasons therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
