THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY M.A.C.M.A.No.2035 of 2014 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed assailing the award and decree dated 14.09.2011 in M.V.O.P.No.635 of 2008 on the file of the Court of Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal - cum - V Additional District Judge(II-FTC), Warangal.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of the Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal. To that effect, he also filed a letter dated 09.07.2018 in the Registry.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, M.A.C.M.A. is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
