This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents 3 and 4 in seizing the stocks of 385 quintals of paddy, 65.25 quintals of rice, 80 quintals of rice, 15 quintals of PDS rice in A.P.S.C.S.C.L.bags, 60 quintals of broken rice and 45 quintals of barn from the petitioner's rice mill without looking into the records of the petitioner firm, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
