O R D E R

This writ petition was filed assailing the order dated 04.08.2011 issued by the Executive Director/Collector, A.P. State Housing Corporation Limited, Chittoor, dispensing with the services of the petitioner.

Taking note of the fact that the said order had been passed without notice to the petitioner, this Court granted interim suspension thereof on 21.02.2013.

Though W.V.M.P.No.1230 of 2013 was filed by the respondentCorporation to vacate the said order, it is fairly conceded by the learned Standing Counsel for the Corporation that the petitioner was not put on notice prior to the passing of the impugned order whereby her services were sought to be dispensed with.

In the light of the aforestated submission, the impugned order dated 04.08.2011 cannot be sustained as no order visiting adverse civil effects upon a person can be passed without prior notice. The said order is accordingly set aside and the writ petition is allowed. This order shall however not preclude the respondentCorporation from taking steps against the petitioner, if warranted, in accordance with law.
