Heard both sides.

This Petition is ordered at the admission stage as follows: The presence of the petitioner/accused No.1 in C.C.No.130 of 2014 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, S.Kota, Vizianagaram District, is dispensed with except on the occasions when the trial Court requires his attendance. The petitioner/accused No.1 is at liberty to file a discharge application and if he does so, the trial Court shall dispose it of on merits at the earliest.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
