This Transfer Petition is filed by the petitioner/wife seeking transfer of O.P.No.2125 of 2017 from the Court of the II Additional Judge, Family Court, Miyapur at Ranga Reddy District, to the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Amalapuram, East Godavari District. The said O.P., was filed by the respondent/husband seeking restitution of conjugal rights. 3.

The plea of the petitioner/wife is that the petitioner is staying with her parents at Amalapuram, she is the dependent on his mother, that her father also died recently and that she is unable to even bear the traveling expenses to attend the Court at Hyderabad.

Considering the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, I am satisfied that O.P.No.2125 of 2017 from the Court of the II Additional Judge, Family Court, Miyapur at Ranga Reddy District, to be transferred to the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Amalapuram, East Godavari District.

In the result, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed transferring O.P.No.2125 of from the Court of the II Additional Judge, Family Court, Miyapur at Ranga Reddy District, to the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Amalapuram, East Godavari District.
