THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.28003 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Cooperation (Telangana) and Sri T.Sudhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for HMWSSB. When the matter is taken up, a letter bearing No.GM(E)/O&M.Div.XV/2017-18, signed on 29.08.2017, addressed by the General Manager (Engg), O & M Division No.XV, Hafeezpet, Hyderabad to the Director (Personnel), HMWSSB, Khairatabad, Hyderabad is placed on record by the learned Government Pleader and the said letter reads as follows:

"In compliance to the reference cited above, it is submitted that this office has taken up water supply distribution network for the peripheral circles Serilingampally. As a part of the project a ML GLSR is constructed in TNGO's colony layout. The pipeline is laid partly along the roads and along the boundaries of the layout indicated as common space by the association. The pipeline work is in progress and far away from the plot No.566, however the pipeline will not pass through the plot and will be laid all along the approved roads and common place all along the boundary wall as indicated in the approved layout. The complainant may be under the apprehension that it may pass through the plot but it is not true. The pipeline will always be laid along the road and common spaces earmarked for utilities.

A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to place on record the said letter and dispose of the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of by placing on record the contents of the above said letter. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
